The place and apartments are nice, I live here with my mom. If the pool is what is encouraging you to rent here then don’t bother. Supposed to be open Memorial Day to Labor Day but they still haven’t opened it because of “inspection”’. If they ever decide to open it, it’ll only be for like two weeks. If you don’t care for pool, then it’s a good place to rent. If you care about it, go elsewhere.

I lived at Franklin Place Townhomes. truly felt at home. The area around is kept pristine and needs are met promptly. Melissa is awesome available for our needs and maintenance crew is always ready to help. I highly recommend this property!!

I called more than 2 months ago for information and I wanted to see if they had any pictures of the apartments but the lady who answered the phone was rude and she said to go on the website to place an inquiry so they could send me the information and pictures. So I did… 4 times!!! And I’m still waiting for that reply!!!! Imagine living there and then never answering questions or work orders?!?! No thank you!

Totally unprofessional service from management. needed information on a rental and they never return my call. I went to the office and the girl who attended the door was either having a really bad day or doesn’t care about the business. Bad actitud overall. Not the best way to run a business

So instead of reaching out to me to see what the issues is, you guys are placing more effort into deleting my post on Facebook. This Shows how terribly horrible management is. Serving eviction notices to tenants during a pandemic in the state of Texas goes against CDC recommendations and current guidelines placed in the Appropriations Act of 2021. You guys are horrific and should be reported. It’s almost impossible to reach out to Ledic management as well.
