Been trying reach people for two bedrooms parents and I can live westside but lady's are rude in office they won't even let us go look at in your company we are interested in it can we please stop by and look at in tour foreals been interested send last two months they keep pushing us away we want to give you money that we have they ain't being good service with us

I'm very happy living at Franklin Townhomes. Manager Melissa is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any issues that arise. I highly recommend this apartment complex in El Paso, Texas....Keep it up!

The place and apartments are nice, I live here with my mom. If the pool is what is encouraging you to rent here then don’t bother. Supposed to be open Memorial Day to Labor Day but they still haven’t opened it because of “inspection”’. If they ever decide to open it, it’ll only be for like two weeks. If you don’t care for pool, then it’s a good place to rent. If you care about it, go elsewhere.

I lived at Franklin Place Townhomes. truly felt at home. The area around is kept pristine and needs are met promptly. Melissa is awesome available for our needs and maintenance crew is always ready to help. I highly recommend this property!!
