I wanted management to know about a great experience I recently had with a member of your maintenance team. My bathroom faucets were still the originals that were installed when the community was built - so it was time for replacement. Mitch came by at exactly the time I requested; worked professionally and efficiently and cleaned up after the installation was completed. I just wanted you to know about the great service he provided.

Living at Enclave Apartments has been a great experience! The amenities like the pool, business centre, and gym are well-maintained and super convenient. The building is always clean and feels safe, and work orders are completed on time, which is a huge plus. A special shoutout to Jackie—she’s always friendly and professional, and her excellent customer service makes a big difference. From the beginning, she made our leasing process smooth and stress-free. It’s always nice to be greeted by a happy, familiar face. Highly recommend this place!

Great experience! My husband and I were previewing condos for rent and after visiting dozens of rental complexes we found The Enclave Condominiums and were treated with the best customer service! Jackie was our leasing agent and was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend The Enclave Condominiums!

I moved in 3 years ago. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The management led by Kate Sargent to the maintenance staff have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day.The property overall is always kept clean.
