For the past few months, I’ve been looking around for my forever home. I stopped by the office and from the moment I walked in, the staff and office were very welcoming. I had the pleasure of touring the property with Julia the Assistant Property Manager and I must say, from the moment that I met with her, she was very attentive to my needs and listening to my preferences on finding my forever home. Looking forward to a long stay at Dollar Tree Apartments:)

The staff is always amicable, and professional, not only with me but with my fur baby. I've resided here for over 11 years n maintenance is always prompt. I can go on and on of how great it is to live at DoubleTree. Thank you for all that you do!!

where do I begin to describe how awful this place is? 1) lots of random unnecessary fees, making the application process very expensive. 2) run down property 3) did I mention they shut off the water at least once a week? nothing better than getting off from work and coming to an apartment where you can't even shower or use the faucet 4) a family member visited me once, they were traveling with their pet and we left it outside so it wouldn't come into the apartment. the pet got extremely sick afterwards. once it was taken to the vet, the vet confirmed it had inhaled something toxic. please stay far away from these apartments if you have pets 5) the walls are paper thin so conversations had in the parking lot sound like they're in the room with you. 6) really bad cell phone reception. I mean REALLY bad (no video calls) 7) last but not least, when I was trying to leave, they had all these requirements like replacing several things in the apartment, not to mention professionally shampooing the carpet. I was told I would not receive my deposit if I didn't do these things. so they wanted me to pay out of pocket, for a company to come and shampoo the carpet. they then wanted a receipt proving that I had done this. and you will not be reimbursed [nor for anything they ask you to replace]. I left the apartment in the same conditions that I received it. I would hate to see what would happen to tenants that would have really messed up the apartment. when turning in the key, an employee lifted up the carpet and pointed out very old stains and tried to accuse me of making those stains. in reality I had my TV over that corner of the room, so there was no way there would be large amounts of liquid spilled there. nevertheless they try really hard to charge you for everything. when I first signed up for these apartments the employee probably told me that they had shampooed the carpets just for me because I was moving in. now I see that it was a lie and they make the renters do it. from the 3inch thick paint on the wall, to the desperate attempts at not refunding your deposit...you should avoid this hell hole. (and I did get my deposit back, all $40 of it after 'additional water service fees' lol)
