This complex is 5 star all the way, it's clean & well kept. Tony the landlord is polite and very professional. If you can qualify to lease an apartment you won't be disappointed, we checked other places and there is no comparison when it comes to the level of cleanliness and professionalism.

I've lived here for over two years, and it's been a great experience. The mountain views are amazing, and I love having a pool to enjoy. The landlord, Tony, is always quick to respond-just today, I needed a work order, and he had it resolved within the hour. It's also nice to see him continuing to invest in the property, like the new shaded bar by the pool. Overall, a great place to live!

I lived here for 3 years with my husband in a one bedroom apartment. Just as we applied to live here the apartments got a new owner, so our apartment was also newly renovated. Never had any issues with parking, our neighbors or the owner. Spacious living space and best walk-in closet I've had! Quick to answer and fix any issues, if they came up. Great value for the price and quality you get. Hard to find a decent apartment and owner/manager in El Paso - so I would highly recommend. We ended up moving due to moving out of state.

I’ve lived here for about 4 months now and I love it! I love the apartment layout and how spacious it is . I love how big the closet is. It is an awesome place to live! It’s peaceful and very clean. The pool is always clean as well as the laundry area. Management does a good job by keeping the location looking good with all the plants. 10/10 recommend. Definitely a 5 star property! ❤️
