Desert Palms Apartments

I love it here ! People are friendly here . Schools are closed by for my kids . Management is great with staying on top of fixing anything you need. I love the patio view ! Feeling grateful for a reasonable price to live here. Our manager Jessica is up most amazing person I meant she provides anything you need!

I have lived here two very comfortable years it is clean and well kept and if i need something small fixed it is done immediately. Our manager Jessica is very nice , competent, professional and on top of everything she is an asset here ☺️ i will renew my lease again !!

I love this place! I moved here recently from “luxury” apartments located in the northeast and this place is levels above that other place! Jessica in the office is super friendly and always makes sure my concerns are heard. Any maintenance issue I’ve had have been promptly dealt with and the maintenance guy is super nice! He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it! Nothing in my apartment is broken, everything is nice and in working order. Even the evap A/C far exceeded my expectations after coming from refrigerated air. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. The grounds are also kept clean and bonus there is no pigeon problem here!!! For everything I got and for the price I pay I’m very happy with my decision to move here!!

Horrible management as well never answer phone and they charge you for any little thing when they have to replace things as they wear out. There is not enough parking. You can hear your neighbors walls are really thin. After hours, people on drugs walking around the apartment. The apartments are also tagged with gangs. Not the best setting for the price they charge for Rent 1,200 -1,400 plus 3 utilities.. You're better off renting a house for the same price, and you have more privacy and a parking space. And you won't hear your neighbors as much. Don't fall for it it's not as good as it seems The lease are for a year and they ask that you make 3 times the Rent management doesn't even make 3 times the rent themselves

Out of all the apartments I've lived in These are wonderful. We had a few issues in the past with other managers and they seem to go through managers very often. But the current manager Jessica is very professional and knowledgeable. She sends maintenance when we have issues in the apartment. She has helped us when we count pay the rent on time and is always there when we need her help. The prices are a bit expensive but we live comfortably in this apartment.
