Copper Canyon Apartments

I really enjoyed my stay here. The three-bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable for my family of six. We are only moving because we need more space, but our overall experience has been excellent. Maintenance is very responsive, and any issues we reported were addressed quickly. Our office manager, Marisela, is truly awesome — I’m very grateful for all her help and attentiveness. I definitely recommend these apartments for a smaller family.

I have lived at copper commons for 6 or 7 years they have great management the maintenance are great they do the work orders on time and the manager marisela she is a wonderful manager she has helped me and my family alot she listens to her tenants she has done alot to copper commons she is always there for her tenants he is a great manager if you are looking to rent I recommend copper commons

She is a good manager she does alot for her tenants ever since I lived here the manager has done a lot a really good excellent job she is the best manager ever

Hi I been living here at copper Commons Apartments 10 years my stay here has been excellent my mom was a resident here for 25 years before she passed and she really liked living here cause maintance and managers were always good on doing her things needed done in her apartment as well as for me im so happy with the new Manager and she's really been doing alot for her residents no matter how other people describe the apartments it's really a good living environment living and I will continue as much as I can living here at copper Commons Apartments and thank you for evrything.

I’ve been living at Copper Commons for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any maintenance requests or questions. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has a great sense of community. The amenities are top-notch — from the fitness center and pool to the modern clubhouse and convenient parking. My apartment itself is spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with updated appliances and plenty of natural light. I also appreciate the sense of safety and security here, along with the convenient location near shops, restaurants, and public transit. Overall, Copper Commons truly feels like home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live!
