I had a great experience finishing the paperwork with Sjon, the Community Director. He was extremely professional and handled everything very efficiently. The entire process—from application to approval—was completed in about one hour, which I have honestly never seen before. All the paperwork was prepared quickly and clearly, and the process was smooth from start to finish. It really shows how much a business benefits when it hires professional and capable people. Moved in September 2025 and at first things went great. The team moved me in super fast and was super communicative. Around Jan 2026 I started to notice some problems with the facility (and to be honest some other things not in their control) so I decided to move on somewhere else. The team was truly helpful to my wife and I on ending our lease early and even took some extra steps to assist us since we are new to the area.

This place is not a forever home. However, the new leading staff that includes Kim has made my stay wonderful. They are professional, compassionate and quick to fix issues. I lived here over 4vyears and my review is as honest as it gets. Ask for Kim!
