The place is in older community. I understand that when I first moved in 3 years ago the water pipes were bad. The water was shut off on and off for like five or six times throughout the year way too many times. They said we’re going to replace them so that we’re only gonna shut off the water building by building. They did that a year ago and the water still gets shut off for the entire community Which is bad when either you’re sick or you have family members come in and stay with you. I’ve been asked it looks quiet and serene. I’m like it is if the water lines work.

Nice, clean and peaceful complex. The property staff is incredibly nice and always helpful. Jaime, the maintenance manager is also the best. He's super friendly, responsive, and always on top of any issues I've had. Overall, a great place to live!

I put in a work order for the outside lighting and they got to it quickly! really great community to live at wonderful office staff very friendly and great maintenance team. I recommend this home to anyone.

I have loved living here for the past year and a half. The area is safe, quiet, dog-friendly, walkable and has a lot more green then the rest of the city. The management and maintenance teams have always been very communicate and responsive. I trust that whenever I need any help or if I have any questions that they will be willing to help. They also have random, fun competitions and events throughout the year. The pool, gym, business center, dog park, second floor fireplaces, first floor wet bars and service quality just set them apart from the rest. I have no regrets choosing the Chimneys.

I have been living there for 2 years. In an apartment with one room. Those are wonderful apartments, in a great location in El Paso, connected to the main street of the west side. The pool and grill are good to and usually are in good conditions. The last year I was there we had to many water shut offs… I do not know exactly why… and on my first year we have had some pool parties that they have messed up the pool and the grill. But those are just two bad experience in 2 years of living there, that has been wonderful, neighbors are super nice, managment are always ready to help in anything so I would recomment living there ☺️
