New in town and looking for apartments. While touring this apartment and looking at the area. They towed my car while I was there. Very disappointed since they never communicated where a new future renter should park given the gated community. Honestly if this is how they treat the people we are looking at the units, I can’t imagine how they treat the renters

I'm very disappointed at how the complex has gone down with the new manager. I've gone to the office and she just ignores people and is on her phone brushes you off. Until the other staff can help you. She rolls her eyes like if you are bothering her with your questions. The old manager wasn't any better but she would walk the property which this new one doesn't this place is so dirty and to top things off packages are getting stolen and she doesn't care. She treats you like if she's above you. Does any one do customer service anymore? At least the blonde lady in the office is very caring and concerned with people's problems rather then the manager. THE WATER SHUT-OFFS ARE HORRIBLE 2 TO 3 TIMES A WEEK!

Awesome community! Everyone is very friendly and the people in the complex actually look out for each other. Maria in the office was one of the primary reasons we chose to rent at Casa grande. She was very helpful and always quick to address any concerns we have. New manager is also 10x better than previous manager.

Apartments are large. Very spacious. Water pressure is great. Any maintenance request is taken care of immediately. Very affordable. Close to MANY grocery stores. Friendly staff. Great gym. Only concern is parking availability and some of the people around the neighborhood.

I’ve had the pleasure of being a tenant under Tammy’s care, and I can confidently say she is an outstanding landlady. From the very beginning, she made sure everything was in order and always maintained clear communication. Tammy is incredibly kind, approachable, and attentive to any needs or concerns I might have. Whether it was a quick repair, a question about the property, or even just a friendly chat, she was always prompt, professional, and willing to help!
