Camden North End

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Ariana C. She was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive every step of the way. From start to finish, the entire setup process felt seamless because she was always one step ahead and communicated so clearly. It made a huge difference during a busy season for us, and we’re so grateful for how smooth and stress-free she made everything. Truly top-tier support and professionalism.

I moved in over a month ago and all I can say is that I LOVE being here. The place is so clean and new. The pool is amazing along with the other amenities. My service request was taken care of on the same day (it took over 100 days at the last places) and Ariana at the front office has been responsive and just awesome. After living in a nightmare situation for a year, Camden North End has truly been a breath of fresh air.

Camden North End has been fantastic. From the moment we decided to move in, the whole process was flawless and easy, a rarity for apartment complexes! The best part of living here is the stellar management team. I have to specifically shout out Allison Razza and the entire office. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Allison truly goes above and beyond; she's the person who will move mountains to make sure residents are happy and requests are satisfied. The amenities are great and the location is excellent, but it’s the outstanding level of personal service that makes Camden North End truly stand out. Highly recommend!

I’ve been with Camden properties for 15 years, and I have never experienced anything as disappointing as Camden North End. After only 9 months in this unit, we were hit with charges for carpet and paint like we destroyed the place — which we didn’t. Then came the accusation that we were smoking in the apartment, something we absolutely did NOT do. The way it was handled made me feel like the accusation was racially motivated, and that hurt even more considering how long I’ve lived in Camden communities. When we first moved in, the apartment wasn’t even fully ready — unfinished maintenance, things not done, issues we had to deal with from day one. But somehow, when we move out, suddenly everything is our fault? What really made the whole situation feel shady is that the manager, Brandon, mentioned he would be moving into the exact unit we’re leaving. And right after that conversation, boom — we get hit with all these charges. It honestly feels like he wanted things replaced on the company’s dime and decided to charge us to make it happen. That felt evil-hearted and straight-up manipulative. After everything, the whole community gave sundown town vibes — it did not feel Black-friendly at all. After 15 years of loyalty to Camden, this was the most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects fairness, honesty, or respect. Camden North has been such a great choice. The location is amazing with plenty of restaurants, stores & even Mayo Clinic close by which makes life so convenient. On top of that, the leasing office has been great to work with and Ariana especially made the whole experience outstanding. She was professional, super responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. Thanks to her, the process was smooth and stress-free and I was able to move in the very next day. Couldn’t be happier with both the community and the service. Ariana truly made it an 11/10 experience!
