Cambria Apartments

Just wanted to come on here to give Cambria Apartments a well deserved 5 star rating. I am not entirely sure where all of the negative reviews are coming from, but I cannot agree with the negative reviews as I have experienced the opposite. I have been living here for 2 weeks now, and the application/move in process was smooth and easy. A couple of follow ups were required from both the apartment and myself, but that is expected. The office staff is just fine. They greet you upon entry, and assist you as soon as they can. They are not rude, just straightforward and to the point. Do your part and they'll do theirs. I appreciate this of them. In addition to that, my unit was immaculate when I received it. I have been renting for 10 years and this is the first unit that I have ever received that was THIS clean. There are absolutely no complaints. Your rent includes internet/cable and utilities. There really is not much more that you can ask for, especially at the price that you're renting for. The complex is clean and well kept. Maintenance is often outside cleaning daily. The other residents are very kind as well. Cambria Apartments has gone above and beyond, and continue to do so. Thank you, Brenda/Gilda/Office Staff, for making this a smooth move and your continous support!

I lived there for close to 10 years. It is a very safe and quiet community. If something was not working and you submitted a work order it got done right away. People are very friendly and nice! And not to forget all utilities included and a discount on the internet. This place was my home for such a long time! ♥️

My husband and I have been living here for six months now and we're very comfortable. Gilda and Brenda are very good to us. The prices are very reasonable and we love that it is nice and quiet. Everything is always kept clean and it's a plus that all the utilities are included.

I lived in Cambria Apts for the past 5 yrs and recently moved into a residential home. The apartments are very attractive and well maintained and the pool and grounds are well kept. Brenda & Gilda in the office are most attentive to the needs of the residents. Raul in Maintenance is always courteous, respectful and responds promptly to make any repairs the residents may need although few are needed. Convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Great place for the price!!

I recently moved to Dallas, but my 2 years living at the Cambria Apartments was comfortable, with great staff service and awesome friendly neighbors. I was in a 2 bedroom unit with the small yard. Totally enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend Cambria and with the utilities included life here was good.
