Isabel is super amazing, from the moment I entered the apartments for a tour, she helped me and answered all the questions I had. Never walked into an apartment complex that the manager did tours and answered phones until today. Isabel deserves 5 stars. ✨

I would like to take a moment to recognize Adri in your leasing office at Alza Dwellings for the exceptional professionalism and compassion she demonstrated during a very difficult time for my family. While my son Dylan experienced a medical situation at school in El Paso, I was in Dallas and deeply worried about being so far away. I reached out to the leasing office and spoke with Adri, who immediately reassured me that she would check in on him until we could arrive later that week. True to her word, Adri followed up daily not only to ensure Dylan was doing well, but also to check in on me. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care provided comfort and peace of mind when I needed it most. Adri went above and beyond her role, and I am truly grateful for the support she offered both my son and me. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Adri for her extraordinary service. She is a credit to your team and a shining example of the values Ala Dwellings represents.

Alza Dwellings has a really nice clubhouse and great amenities. It’s always clean, welcoming, and well taken care of, with beautiful views that make the space even more enjoyable. A great spot for gatherings and living in El Paso!

After working many years as maintenance and seeing my fair share of apartment complexes, I have to take a bow to Alza Dwellings, they are well taken care of and seems like they really took the time to add awesome features that make this place I say one of the best in El PASO! From the dog park to gym, pool and the views, this place is truly the place to live. Affordable and I have to say if you want customer service that literally brings you to tears cause its that good speak to Adri, you can't find anyone better to help you with your home finding need than her. She made my wife cry she was that good, so shout out to Adri for making this place in my opinion the best in El Paso!!
