I have been living here for over a year and haven't had any issues. The manager Erika is very attentive and professional! I lived here from 2019-2020 and returned in 2023 because the administration left a good impression on me. My apartment is comfortable and spacious! This is my honest review. :)

I moved a few months ago and completely regret it. The office staff Erica and Amanda are very unprofessional and rude. I’ve been left without water for a weekend and they said it was not an emergency situation. I couldn’t bathe, wash dishes, or cook. There excuse was that the maintenance person was on vacation and the replacement person did not know how to fix that issue. That person did manage to break a tile moving the stove to turn the water off in the unit. Another issue is that I am being forced to breathe second hand smoke from the downstairs tenant that smokes in his apartment. My water won’t only stays hot for 3 minutes. My window won’t open making it a fire hazard. I had my children over it visit one time and was issued a noise complaint by Erica saying I was too loud and the neighbor works nights so I had to keep it down. Today I was given another lease violation because she saw me walking my daughter’s puppy and assumed I had an “unauthorized tenant “ attempted to charge me $100. She also told me a could move out if I wanted to. This is going to be a long 9 months.

I've been with Album park apartments for over two years now and every encounter I've had with the office staff, especially Erika Vasquez has been professional and courteous. Didn't matter if I went in for a work order repair, or to pay rent. Both Erika and her assistant has always been helpful and patient. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. They're extremely clean, quiet, and everything is kept current and presentable.. from the freshly painted parking spaces, speed bumps, and curbs, to the irrigation and curb appeal.

I lived here back in 2017 and loved it so much I decided to move back 2022, and it's just as lovely as I remembered. The price is fair, its a great neighborhood, and management (Erika) is excellent. She's reliably available in office if ever you need something, and quick to manage the occasional repair. The repairman is also a great aspect of these apartments. He's respectful, kind, and thoughtful, which makes all the difference. The appliances are a bit dated, but work well despite aesthetics, and are reliable. In all, these apartments are simple, fairly priced, and TRANQUIL- which is what made me fall in love with them. I Highly recommend them.

I've lived here for a little over 2 years now. I acfually really like it. I have one of the newer units so we have a really large foyer area that combines the living room, dining room and kitchen. Get this the new units not only have wood floors, but in unit washers and dryers and a sliding glass door that opens to my own little patio area. The upper level patios are even enclosed, I'm jealous of those guys actually. Beyond just the unit, the manager at this property, Erika, is the best property manager I've dealt with. During covid when I lost my job, she went out of her way to let me know they had financial assistance for me and couldn't have made it easier to ask for help. She knows many of her tenants by name and is always willing to work with me on due dates a little as long as I communicate. She clearly puts in the work and has a gift with people. I recommend this complex to anyone who I learn is looking to move and I recommend it to you as well. I truly don't ever wanna move if I don't have to.
