Excellent place to live, it is quiet and familiar. The problems that arise in the department are quickly fixed. The manager and his team are always attentive, friendly and willing to help. Living here a little more than 2 years. 100% recommended.

In my opinion, this is the best apartment complex on the west side of El Paso. Anytime I’ve had an issue the office staff is friendly and take immediate action. Maintenance also is excellent.. Only drawback is the price continues to climb, but I guess that’s everywhere.

I’ve lived here for 4 months. No complaints EXCEPT for the laundry mats… the last time I checked ALL 3 of them, they were all full of dead and alive cockroaches of all sizes and NONE of the machines work. I still currently have to drive to a laundromat outside of my own apartment complex. That’s the only thing I find ridiculous.

My spouse and I recently moved in here, when we first came to tour the apartment we toured a model unit already furnished and taken care of. With the way the dates fell due to her being active duty and with how much we initially loved the place we applied which took $595 to cover all fees. I asked to see the unit before singing the lease and the manager came with us, to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The apartment had a terrible odor which leads me to believe the previous tenants were heavy smokers. The carpet was covered with debris and clearly not shampooed. When I raised the issue she “assured me” it was already shampooed and that they would come vacuum. They vacuumed but still clearly never bothered to do the edges or open the closest and vacuum the closest. When I filled out the “issue list” they give you to complete within the first 48 hours I assumed it was so they’d fix and take care of these things. The manager said it was just so they wouldn’t charge us when we move out. My spouse and family spent the first 24 hours here cleaning and shampooing, attached are photos of the condition we received the apartment. We also mentioned a shelf being broken in the kitchen, we called only to be told it would take 5 business days for them to come fix it if they ever come at all. There was also a plastic bag stuffed into a hole in one of the bathrooms, they removed it but it is ridiculous they thought the apartment was move in ready. If we had toured the unit they were giving us we would have definitely gone with some place else. Attached are nails I found in the “vacuumed” carpet The dirty shelves Pet hair from the carpet Water from the vacuum after we shampooed the carpet The chipped and cracked kitchen counter Debris on the “vacuumed” carpet
