I just called these apartments and spoke with a woman today March 3 at 3:10 PM and I was told that the two bedroom two bath Is $1490 a month before fees and then the fees are an additional $200 for water, trash and common area. This is absolutely insane. That’s why the prices are not listed on the website. That’s highway robbery

Priscilla gave me an excellent tour of the property, she was very helpful with information needed regards to putting in application for new lease. The best service I have received at am apartment complex in years/. Can’t wait to work with her once I move in

I moved in late August and the new management is great! The office staff is very welcoming and take care of our issues in a timely manner. This place has changed a lot in just one month! The landscaping finally looks good! I’m glad I did not change my mind and decided to move in !

I don’t even know where to start. The experience living there was NOT great! They switched managers multiple times. When my lease was up i sent multiple emails stating I would NOT be renewing my lease! In the process of me not renewing i turned In the 1 key I had and was told that someone I knew would be completely taking over my lease! So I moved. I get a letter in the mail at my new house from the courthouse stating I never showed up for court and that I was being evicted??? I call and I’m told i was Served an eviction because I was the last name listed for that unit! I had left almost a year prior! During the time that I left the apartments and didn’t resign my lease there were 3 DIFFERENT management companies that took over. 3!!!!! And now, even though i did Everything I was supposed to, I have a 17,000 dollar collection on my credit preventing me from ever getting a new place. I seriously Have NO idea how this place even has tenants
