Sorry for all reading this is going to be quite extensive. To start off when i moved in i was promised a move in specific of 2 months free then when i signed my lease they told me it would be 4 months half off. Which i accepted. They also gave me the admin and app fee back as the special. When i paid the first month prorated the leasing manager nick told me to just subtract the 175 (admin& app) which i did. The next month they tried to charge me for it and it took 4 days of arguing back and 4th for victoria to realize they did not factor in that special but charged me a late fee. Secondly i moved in these buildings in august i pay the trash fee every single month the valet trash people dont even come to my door. I have email complaint, phone call complaints , i even have went into the office in person and nothing. I had to call ally trash myself to get a resolution. So i asked for a credit and they told me they cant do that? I cant get ATLEAST a 15$ credit when ive spent 60$ taking out my own trash?. Then nov 1 i was assaulted in my apartment which i want to add is by no means their fault. However i told my leasing agent at the time delilah. I missed out on work and i ended up being 4 days late because of this issue. She understood and even waived my late fee. However the day of the 5th(also the day i paid) she came to my door banging then UNLOCKED my door. I was half naked she did not announce herself or anything only reason she didnt get in was because i had the deadbolt on. I forgot to mention i made it clear that i wanted wood floors and they gave me carpet as well as when they showed my my now apartment it literally had 2 dead roaches in it. My apartment has needed to be treated like 2-3 times and i literally moved in at the end of august. I dont even eat in here because i hate bugs so much. It took them over a month to come fix my beeping fire alarm. And they BARELY respond to emails.

I had an old review on here giving five stars. Those stars were for Nick, Victoria, and Marlene. They are all gone. Delilah is the new property manager. I have never experienced a more hateful person than Delilah. Its surprising that a person can exists and just find ways to make everyone around them miserable. This was a good property. The old people cared about residents and worked hard. Now they are gone and we have someone who would rather make money than do their job.

So, I’ll start off by saying I seldom leave reviews unless my experience with a business was either terrible or extremely exceptional. My time touring units with Delilah was nothing short of phenomenal, three thumbs up! She was sweet, personable, and displayed a level of empathy that is rarely seen in the world of apartment leasing. After viewing several properties across town, I can 100% confidently say that none of the experiences compared to that Saturday afternoon with Delilah. She made sure to understand what my needs were, and most importantly, she vowed to check 2 out of 3 or 3 out of 5 boxes, as she so eloquently put it. Not only did she overdeliver, but she also ensured I was receiving fantastic value for my money. I know I’m in great hands with Delilah at the helm of Woodhill. If you’re on the fence about this property, I urge you to consider it and put this one at the top of your list, you will not regret it!

I've had such a positive experience thanks to Victoria and her office staff ! From day one, they’ve been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is always clear and courteous. It really makes a difference to have someone who cares about the property and the people living in it. Woodhill is a very nice place to live. quiet and peaceful with tall pine trees all around. modern amenities. two beautiful swimming pools. and an indoor pool as well. very nice. and the entire management is just a very impressive team. always helpful and considerate. especially the manager in charge gorgeous Victoria and her beautiful team of Marlene and Nick and others... I have lived here since 2013. and I recommend Woodhill Apartments as a very nice and decent place to live. Thank you Woodhill Apartments... ❤️ Leo Zaman
