Many students appreciate the convenient location with easy access to the highway and nearby amenities like shopping and restaurants, along with the pet-friendly environment that includes a dog park and some units offering backyards. While the community is often described as quiet and the maintenance team is generally praised for being quick and efficient, some residents have experienced issues with older unit conditions, including occasional pest problems and slower responses to significant repairs like broken appliances or foundational concerns.

Do NOT rent here. The apartment complex is old which is fine, if well maintained. From the moment of moving in, the apartment emitted a foul odor that when touring it was definitely covered with a wall plug. Initially we thought the odor was coming from the laundry room as that had the strongest odor. In the laundry room there was a hole behind the water heater, rather than repair and replace the dry wall initially Isaac and Claire opted to fill with spray foam. The odor still persisted they then had the flooring company come out to use an enzymatic cleaner for the floor, there was a notable amount of cat feces and urine from previous occupant. Isaac ended up coming back to properly repair the dry wall, because she was not fully unpacked at this point, she still had items in bags and some boxes. While Isaac came through to do these repairs we have him on camera peaking through her bags. This was brought to the attention of property management yet nothing was ever done. However odor persisted so much so that it was difficult to stay within the apartment without getting a headache. We opted to break the lease within 5 weeks of moving in. Mind you rent went from $1250 when she moved in to the week she moved out they were offering same units for $850. So that tells you enough there. This place is absolute trash. From the attitude from Claire, their half ass repairs and Isaac searching through a tenants belongings. Do NOT rent here. The unorganization does NOT stop after move out though, when they mailed the final bill due they also attached a spreadsheet of every tenants name, organizations they pay and who was still missing rent. Ps.....they definitely pay for their reviews. Somehow this place has 4 🌟 when it was just 3.5 months ago. Best of luck, don't be so desperate for a place that you rent from here

UPDATE: The front office got in touch with me and helped rectify the situation. Thanks you Westwind! I normally don't post bad reviews and I don't like to, but I have to do it this time. I have lived here almost four years, and it's been okay up to this point, but lately it's been going downhill fast. My refrigerator broke two weeks ago and I had to throw out over 5 lbs of meat, 2 dozen eggs, and much more. For reference, in the state of Texas a "reasonable" time for a landlord to fix a broken refrigerator is legally presumed to be 7 days. After talking to someone in-person three separate times, maintenance came by and tried to blame me for the refrigerator not working. He stuck his hand in the fridge and said "well it feels like it's cool." I had to buy an infrared thermometer just to prove it wasn't working correctly. When they replaced it, they messed up part of the floor that I will probably be charged for. I also came home to roaches, and I keep my place very clean. I will need to double check tomorrow to see if it actually gets below 40 degrees (your refrigerator is supposed to be between 35 and 38 degrees, anything at 40 degrees and above is considered the "danger zone" for growing bacteria on your food). My replacement refrigerator as I'm writing this is at about 44 degrees. I will be asking for a reduction in rent for this month also
