When I first came to this place they asked for my vehicle information for parking and I gave it of course, I was under every impression that the information I gave was sufficient for parking. Fast forward 6 months or so and they put a boot on my car. I go to the office to ask what happened, they told me I didn’t register my vehicle on a NEW website they made active just a month ago after I already provided it to the previous manager who no longer works here. The office manager said that I should have been looking out for emails about parking, but why would I when I was already assured that my parking registration was fine before? The manager also said that notices were put on doors but we never received one. The manager was totally unwilling to help in the office, and now I have to pay 104 dollars to get the boot off AND deliver the boot to somewhere in Lewisville within 48 hours. Why should I be punished so severely for a failure of communication from management after I had already been told it was fine? An absurd and utterly unfair situation but that’s what you get when you rent here I guess. This complex owes me money as far as I am concerned.

My husband and I toured and applied with ease thanks to Chanler in the front office!! She has been amazing help and very communicative and i highly recommend these apartments if you want an affordable, easy move!!!

Chanler is pretty awesome! My husband and I took my mom in to tour a unit, and apply. We, at the last minute asked her if we could tour a 2 bedroom, and she was gracious enough to allow us to view a unit as well. My husband and I decided to apply, and she was very knowledgeable and assisted us throughout the entire process! Thank you for being so helpful and accommodating at the last minute, Chanler!

These new apartments are pretty awesome. I got the 1bd 1bth. It's a lot larger than I thought. Perfect for me. The amenities are very nice. The leasing/office staff are amazing. So far everything has been great. Its 11-8-2025 and the complex is going to receive a new manager. The current young lady that is overseeing everything for the moment would be and probably should be the next manager. I've had a few issues that she addressed and seems to be very capable in that position. Now if we can just get some people to understand that playing music while others are trying to sleep is a very bad thing to do, especially after they've been informed. Hopefully they won't get kicked out for not following rules or get a noise ticket from the city PD.
