Westview Heights is absolutely charming, and I have felt at home here since moving in this January!! Miss Chanler Jordan, the property manager, is an invaluable part of Westview Heights! My daughter and husband accompanied me to apply & decided to move in as well. Miss Chanler always greets me with a warm smile, communicates clearly, and has demonstrated tremendous kindness, support, and assistance. It took awhile for DHA to approve my paperwork since WH is newly constructed and Miss Chanler worked diligently to ensure all the necessary documents were submitted and received before my deadline! Maintenance is prompt, and Cesar is friendly, attentive, and works hard! I was initially concerned about the noise from the nearby freeway, but the apartments are well-constructed, and I hardly hear anything. I am blessed to have the chance to live here, overlooking the nearby farm on the hill and watching the cattle graze, along with birds and other wildlife.

These new apartments are pretty awesome. I got the 1bd 1bth. It's a lot larger than I thought. Perfect for me. Well its 05-22-26 and just an update. My apartment is still nice but several issues that's come up. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from your neighbor. Apparently kids are allowed to run and scream through the hallways and if you ask them to stop you get complained on and that you were threatening them and the office will send you a breach of lease agreement without any proof, just the word of the parent allowing their children to run and scream in the hallways unsupervised. If they were threatened then why weren't the police called right then? Also, I've noticed tenants leaving trash in hallways, allowing their dogs to poop everywhere, throwing trash on the grounds outside and leaving personal items all over the place like shirts, balls, bikes, trash like it was their house or something. I'm not certain how much longer this place will stay nice because its already being trashed.
