I’ve had a really positive experience with this apartment community so far. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, every time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled quickly and efficiently. It’s such a relief knowing that any issues are taken care of without long wait times. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful. They’re welcoming, professional, and always willing to answer questions or provide assistance. I especially want to recognize Khristi, who was extremely hands-on throughout my application and move-in process. She stayed in communication with me, kept me updated, and made sure everything moved along smoothly. Her support really made the entire experience stress-free. Overall, the process from application to move-in was seamless. I truly appreciate the great customer service and prompt maintenance, it makes a big difference when choosing a place to call home.

The cost of living here is very reasonable! The floor level units come with substantial size patios and the living space is more than enough. To also include, any kind of shopping needed is well within driving distance.

Awful, terrible, ugly, unhelpful, unprofessional, horrible apartments and office staff. We were not allowed to tour the actual unit we were set to move into because it was “being repaired”. Our move in date was actually delayed because of “repairs” being done to the unit. This is completely understandable but the state of the unit when it was given to us and the state that it’s STILL IN is pretty bad. The unit wasn’t clean, the bathtub was resealed with dead bugs in it, the kitchen sink was lifting from the countertop, the bathroom sink was literally CRUMBLING INTO ITSELF, the cabinet under the kitchen sink is full of water damage & mold. I could go on and on about how disgusting the unit was given to us despite the many days that our move in was delayed for “repairs” that weren’t even completed. That brings me to the maintenance team. Some of the most useless people to exist. I don’t know what they get paid for but we’ve been missing a kitchen drawer for the ENTIRETY OF OUR LEASE because they don’t know how/won’t fix it. Clearly not our most pressing issue but if you can’t fix something as easy as a kitchen drawer you should find a new job. It’s literally been sitting against the wall for almost the entire lease. The maintenance team will come into your unit, pick stuff up and move it around and then leave and say the work order is completed. They're polite and respectful but good luck getting anything done. Notes on the apartment you will be living in if you decide to lease: The parking registration portals can be confusing, you have to register on a specific site, the portal on the resident page doesn’t mean anything according to the office. They also only tow once a year according to Coral? They will do the most minimal work to say something is done. The pool really is so disgusting. They don’t clean it but don’t worry it’s closed once a week. The apartment’s AC is set up, so you only really get any air in the bedrooms/bathrooms. The kitchen doesn’t have an AC vent and the living room only has one. It gets really warm if you’re drying clothes (because the washing machine/dryer is in the kitchen) The water is either super hot (like third degree burn hot) or freezing. Only the bathroom doors have locks. The floor is terrible quality, it’s a cheap vinyl that has been torn up by the maintenance crew in the kitchen. When replacing the dishwasher they must have scraped something because there’s just a chunk of the floor that’s lifting up. Positives: Depending where you live in the community, plenty of parking. The location is good. The bedrooms are huge. The updated finish colors are nice, make the living room and bedrooms feel like you’re not in the dump it is. Kitchen is closed off with a wall so no one has to look in there. We left boxes unpacked because we knew we would be moving when the lease was up. If you’re looking for a lower cost apartment, this is definitely an option and you won’t be terribly off. Living here was manageable, but I would NEVER EVER recommend renting here. If your issue is income, you are much better off at one of the newly built Essential Housing properties. Every negative review and experience you see throughout the reviews is true. This isn’t even everything detailing how bad this complex could be, look at the other recent reviews because they show very similar stories. Any recent positive reviews are because they are desperate to keep residents here because people are leaving in droves but won't make any real changes. This community is run down and they really don’t care whether you live or die as long as you pay rent. And when the office calls you desperate to stay because no one wants to rent the run down unit you’re vacating, they have no one to blame but their own poor management & maintenance. Just incredibly poor, poor management all around. If I could say everything I needed to, this would be 10 pages long. Save yourself the headache, the difference in experience we had moving to a different community has been night & day. Here are SOME photos of my unit and the property.
