Waterford Place

They do shovel pretty good, They moved us in on the 14th of November, 2024, and this made it hard to get the rent on the first, since our financing has already been kind of adapted to the 14th... paying another rent on the 1st was like paying rent twice in one month. overall it was torture being here, they do not take care of the dumpsters, they are always over flowing. One of the staff was very rude. The unit itself has a draft in nearly every window, making you have to jack up the heat - which is set at 78, but still feels like a refrigerator.. they never actually fixed that, which increases the cost of heat.. We had RENTED a unit with TWO bathrooms, but one was broken the entire time.. the knob was extremely hard to navigate or turn on... and this bathroom was my childs, so they obviously didn't even get to use it. No rent price difference was made. We had an ant infestation in this unit of both ants and Silverfish, which shows why the heat isn't working and there is moisture issues, something is not sealed.... the deadbolt lock is the only thing locking the door and the deadbolt is not even on right so there is a gap letting another draft in there, they split a lock kit between the storage closet(which was actually a great addition to the place, considerate). There is always a fight for parking(ill give them slack on that one, there are plenty of spaces, the other people are just not considerate of others) but they could do something about it. The last time they mowed, the grass dust blew right into our unit under the door, that was not only rude and disgusting.. but again, shows that there is no seal around the door I had to keep mopping right there to keep that dirt out every time they mowed. Which made my mop pretty dirty, and did I mention Im pretty far along in pregnancy, so this was a very challenging task to keep mopping and cleaning the mop afterwards. I felt very disrespected here. Not to mention the draft that allows everyones cigarette smoke to seep into the unit from outside or next door, so my family can just catch cancer from things we dont even touch(that is a major way people catch it) When we moved in, we really thought this was a great place, but that quickly turned upside down. Very disappointing. The place has so much potential, great location ands great amenities. The higher ups really should consider rearranging staff. Edit- they replied and said maintenance would take care of it. But they cant redo the foundation and what not. Not to mention they havent dont that the entire time we have been here.
