Urban Square

The first half of our year living here, we really had no problems. Management was friendly, the apartment is really nice and pretty spacious. The location is great, right next to the lake and around lots of businesses and restaurants. Good community. However, we started having maintenance issues around January, and it reaaaally went downhill from there. Our washer was broken for two months. We put in several work orders, called several times, and went into the office many times (with no responses). Maintenance did end up coming three separate times, and everytime they had no idea that someone else had previously visited. They implied that it was user error, and also said that they had placed an order for the part needed, but when nothing still happened weeks later, management said that there had been no order placed. Our garbage disposal and dishwasher were also flooding and leaking around this time (which also took a very long time to fix and stunk up the kitchen). Since then, our oven knob has been broken and a light has gone out, with no response to our work orders. The hallway ALWAYS smells like fish or garbage. If they get their maintenance and management together, would totally recommend. Otherwise, there's a lot of issues.

I moved in first of December and love this place everyone is nice and staff is great!! I do wish covered parking was cheaper but very safe area and easy to get anywhere frim this location.

I came in to view an apartment and Grace was the absolute best! Not only did she take her time and make me feel comfortable but she was absolutely hilarious and downright amazing!!!

I spoke with Olivia Gillespie and was treat with respect. Very knowledgeable and answered every question I asked.
