Everything is great here… until you need maintenance. Then you’re on your own. My AC has been broken for almost a month, and instead of actually fixing it, they keep closing my work orders and marking the issue as “resolved” without doing anything. There is zero communication and no follow-through. What’s worse is that they used to be much better about maintenance, but something changed this year and it’s gone completely downhill. I’ve been sweating in my apartment for weeks while they pretend the problem is fixed. Completely unacceptable.

My daughter lives in these apartment. There is a huge ROACH issue going on! I don't know what type of fly by night pest company they are using because they fogged the apartment and did not use any bait system. When asked if they could use bait they responded saying "it's not protocol for the pest control company to use bait". Now what type of stupid response was that! My daughter is currently seeking legal council with a tenant lawyer plus she will be reporting this issue to the Department of Health. I would not advise anyone to move here! It sounds like the change in management are using cheap alternatives in keeping their tenants comfortable and safe.

After a sudden shift in management, living conditions here have gone from tolerable to outright unacceptable. The roach infestation is not an isolated incident — it is a full-blown problem that management refuses to acknowledge or properly address. You will be sharing your home (and your bed) with pests that come straight out of the walls, and management’s silence on the matter speaks volumes about how little they value residents’ health or quality of life. The maintenance situation is equally dire. Aside from one standout employee, Rex — who deserves better than to be dragged down by his apathetic colleagues — the rest of the team operates with minimal effort, and management is perfectly content to let them coast. Requests are ignored, corners are cut, and accountability is nonexistent. The final insult is management’s shameless manipulation of their online reputation. Instead of fixing the problems they’ve created, they hand out cheap giveaways in exchange for glowing reviews from naïve students. These “astroturfed” reviews paint a false picture of life here, masking what residents actually endure. If you are considering signing a lease, think very carefully. You’ll be paying full market rent for substandard living conditions, nonexistent enforcement of community rules, and management that prioritizes optics over residents’ wellbeing. There are plenty of complexes that value their tenants — this is not one of them.

Just moved out of here after living there for 2 years. The first year living here was a solid 4/5 for me, everything was great.. until the management change in march. we had a lot of issues but i’ll just talk about the major ones: 1. our AC broke and they would “fix” it only to break again a week later, and it was like that for over a month after we were constantly complaining and calling. they did eventually fix it but it was like pulling teeth. it was like this with most work orders (no shade to Rex, he was actually awesome!!) but Management did not seem to have any urgency when it came to maintenance. nor did they seem to care, just standard “can’t guarantee we can do anything about it” 2. our dishwasher broke, and it took weeks them to send someone to even look at it. water pooled inside of it and it got rancid. i again had to beg for them to come do something about it and it was only after i said i wasn’t renewing that they replaced our dishwasher with a new one. this took over a MONTH. 3. ROACHES!!! we had a pest control order because we started seeing roaches around the apartment, especially coming from the dishwasher (after we got a new one). really cool to have roaches climbing on your clean dishes! and i wonder if they originated from the moldy water that was sitting in the previously mentioned broken dishwasher! anyways, a month went by and they never sent anyone as usual. while we were moving out, we discovered german roaches had infested our FURNITURE and had to throw out hundreds of dollars worth of furniture and appliances. again, i ordered pest control and they never sent anyone even after i put in an order and called the office about what we found. i know i am not the only one with these issues, plenty of other residents had similar issues with their AC and with roaches. i am GLAD to be rid of this place. it’s a nice property, but you’re better off renting somewhere management actually cares.
