Trinity Square Apartments

My husband and I lived here for about 6 months. It's a pretty quiet apartment complex and is located in a convenient location. We never had any issues while we lived here. We only moved out since we purchased a house and Noemi made the transition out process fairly simple. Overall, it is a great complex to live in.

Save yourself stress and money loss! Do NOT move here. I have about 6 months left on a year lease and I have maybe stayed at my apartment a month. I waited to actually move my belongings in about 4 months into my lease because the roaches were so bad and I had just bought brand new furniture still in packaging! I told the apartment manager and she said “it’s not up to us if you stay there or not” because not even a day into this mess I wanted to get out of my lease. It’s been a complete nightmare. My neighbor smokes weed on my porch and no weather stripping under my door (which I asked to be replaced two months ago and nothing) so my apartment always smells like weed. I’m doing my best to get out of this lease without breaking it! But moving here has been the worst decision I’ve made. The apartment still has roaches.. it’s never ending.

I have been living here at Trinity Pines since last year, my family and I really enjoy living here. The location is quiet, small and accesible to everything. The staff are always helpful and if something needs attention in my apt, the maintenance response time is great. If we move out it will be only because we are buying a house but since we are renting we are satisfied with Trinity Pines. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well taken care off. I appreciate everyone here at Trinity Pines for always being courteous to me and my family and highly recommend them.
