Everything is going well. I can’t think of any issues I have with the staff or facility. I appreciate the accessibility of the office and maintenance staff. Life is good here.

If you are searching for an apartment in which to be busy with activities or to "chill", this is the place for you. Employees are very pleasant and helpful. There are movies, card games, entertainment, trash services and more. Apartments are pleasant and roomy. If you are over 62, come and see.

I’ve lived here since shortly after the facility was open. About two years. The staff here is tremendous. They are very friendly and helpful. Like any new facility there are issues, like flooding yards after heavy rains, this is still an issue that needs addressed. Maintenance people are fantastic. They do a great job. Very friendly and efficient. Building is in tiptop shape, and the grounds are well maintained. The residents here are great people, very friendly and helpful as well as accommodating. There are a lot of amenities and activities to do here. Such as games every night, taco Tuesdays, and potluck dinners put on by the residence, always a fantastic meal and great fellowship. There’s a game room and theater room where I love to watch golf on the big screen. We have a great big pool, only 4 1/2 feet, and a therapy pool, two outdoor TVs and two gas grills for cooking out which is great. You can dip in the pool between Flipping burgers. I’ve currently moved and will up date this review after we get our deposit back. I’ve learned that holes in walls or a stain on the carpet will cost you BIG !! ( From another resident) The lease does say normal ware and tear ?

This is an awesome place to live. The staff is wonderful and does everything they can to make this the best place to live. It’s a great community with reasonable rent. We have lots of activities that they can choose which you desire to participate in or not. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is quick to respond to any needs with a smile on their faces. We absolutely love living here.

Our experience at Vista has been great! We have been so blessed with the friends we've made and enjoy the gatherings where we enjoy rich fellowship. Laura the activities director has gone above and beyond so many times in making sure all the tenants are involved and enjoying fellowship times. We first met Brooke our rental specialist when we were considering moving here. Her outstanding personality was instrumental in our choosing to live here. Blake and Juan the maintenance and repairmen are so outstanding and have kept our apartment in excellent shape. Our time here has been rich and enjoyable.
