Very impressed with this property. The team is friendly, responsive, and takes pride in maintaining the community. The grounds are clean and everything feels organized and well run. Great atmosphere overall. Lexi Stearns Managing Partner Equity Roofing & Construction

Don't waste your time nor your money moving here. They have bad management, bad foundations, its roach infested( there are roaches in every crack you can think of) the roaches are so bad that when you walk out the door they are falling on you. The VERANDA charges you outrages fees for old carpet and flooring that was damaged before you got there. There is lots of violence here daily. We were harassed for 3 years. My car was damaged and managed never done a thing about it ...I do not advise anyone to raise your family here. Please dont put your babies thorough this!!! This place needs to be demolished....

Office staff is nice and attentive. I dont have issues with neighbors. Everyone pretty much just stays to themselves. Theres rarely loud music, etc. The one time I had a maintenance issue, it was handled quickly. They WILL tow vehicles that are NOT registered but as long as you register your guests vehicles, You won't have issues. On-site security is very watchful of that.

Brianna, Amaya, and Maria were so helpful and got me into my apartment so fast. They communicate and are very helpful. I applied and 3 days later I had an approval. Brianna was on vacation for the holidays and still was so quick and attentive. Maria was very new and still did everything to the best her ability. It’s really the fact that they communicate so well that had me commit to this complex. They are the best!

I just wanted to point ou,t that I love living in these apartments, one of my best experiences here and, why I will continue to live here is because of the security office witch is on duty every night. This man, is very attentive to these apartments also he a very nice man. He's constantly walking, and driving in the complex making sure we are safe at all times. He even helps the elderly people, when need be even patrolling areas to make sure they are safe. He was very nice to tell me during the summer to becareful with coper head snakes witch he kill one around the perimeter of the apartments to make sure know one got bit. He's also watching over the kids to make sure they are always safe here. The office crew, are very nice and helpful as well moving here was easy and no hassle. They made us feel very welcomed even the maintenance people are very helpful. The are always working, and making sure things are fixed when they need to be also they are very nice to everyone. Im very greatful to have moved here, having a security police officer here is a plus you dont see that anywhere else a very safe place to live thank you to The Verandas. ❤️😌🙏🏽
