I had an excellent experience staying in this unfurnished apartment. The location is outstanding, and the spacious layout allowed me to personalize the space to my liking. It provided a blank canvas for me to decorate and make it truly my own. The amenities and features were perfect for my needs. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking a versatile and well-located living space. 5 stars!

We've recently moved to Talon apartments, which are conveniently located near the University of North Texas, within walking distance to the University Union and Willis Library. Additionally, there's a bus facility near to apartments. They offer spacious 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. However, one area of improvement is that maintenance requests we've submitted have been assessed but not yet completed. Overall , we find it to be a safe and convenient option for students.

These apartments rock, they are super efficient when needed for maintenance, they are clean, nice appliances, nice light fixtures etc,, well kept up around the dumpster area, kitchen space rocks, they send pest control out and whoever else needed promptly, we have enjoyed our stay here since this July, we love it here
