Our lease ended at the end of November last year. We got an itemized statement in January showing the deposit amount we were getting back. It showed the only charge was carpet replacement which was a small portion of the deposit we put down. I had spoken to McKenzie in the front office at the time, mid January, and she stated we should receive the remaining deposit funds within a couple weeks. We still have not received the check and when we call corporate, several times a month since January, no one ever answers nor do we get a returned call. Still to this day, no returned call and no deposit check. We have called the front office multiple times only to be told we should have received the check and that they will put in the inquiry to corporate and that we are requesting a call. Clearly corporate does not care to answer or return calls. I strongly advise looking for a different property that is not under this property management. They do not care.

I had the absolute best experience with Karina at The Remington Apartments today! I viewed, applied, signed for and Apartment all the same day! Looking forward to my stay here! Thank you, Karina!
