This was a really nice place! I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great and affordable option. The place has really improved now that it's under new management. Everything feels more organized and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even better. If you're in the area, definitely come over!

I have to say The new Owners are doing so much to make the Property nice and liveable! Small complex, quiet, New hVAC , doing lots of repairs and camras and redid drive way Happy to call home now!

the maintenance flooded my apartment after us asking for a week to get the sink fixed. our rug got ruined in the process, we complained about the smell coming from it even after they “cleaned it”. that $1000 rug has been thrown away, after they told us we would be fined if it was kept in the house. it’s from their negligence that we lost it, and i had to pull it out from the apartment while it was still full of water myself. let’s not mention the fact my smoke alarm goes off every time i cook on the stove or oven, it even goes off when i run the shower at hottest setting. my mailbox was broken from the moment i moved in. they claimed the apartment we were moving in was renovated, but they just put in a new refrigerator, laminate hard wood floors and painted over the nasty shower tub. there’s mold growing underneath whatever paint they used for a SHOWER. it took weeks for us to see the place, and when we did sign the lease and tell them everything that was wrong, nothing got fixed by the time we moved in. very unprofessional and i wouldn’t suggest moving here.

This is a great place to live. The staff if very friendly and helpful. Amanda Page goes far and beyond to help make your apartment home. Definitely recommend The Pearl on the University Apartments to individuals, families, and anyone who needs and wants a great community and home to live in.
