The Hightone

I showed up on time for my 1 PM scheduled tour and was helped immediately. The leasing agent, Alex, was very nice and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. While touring the apartment, I noticed how clean the stairwells and hallways were. Alex also pointed out some of the cool features in the unit. I had expressed concerns about my low credit, and she took the time to explain the different programs they offer. She was very helpful and professional. I will be applying to move in—wish me luck! Ps that gym is noiceee okay!

Came out and had the best tour ever with one of the most amazing staff members here at hightone. Ms. Alex is awwsome. Everyone here was so friendly Ms. Stephanie is amazing as well. 😂 you just have to come out to understand how welcoming they made and my grandson feel. Almost like family. I absolutely loved it. I’m praying we get in because there is no other place I’m looking at. This is my home I’m claiming it. 🙏🏽❤️

I have lived at The Hightone for 9 months now. From the 1st time I walked through the office doors, they have been so helpful. Malissa is simply amazing. She has always gone above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. Whether it was helping me upload documents from my phone, to figuring out how to retrieve my package from Amazon, she is always so patient and caring.
