Alex was incredible and really helped me on our tour. She helped me feel welcome and comfortable with my dog and i moving. I highly recommend this property!

I’ve lived here for a little over two years. The management has gone down hill tremendously. I turned in my 60 days notice and was informed they would need to do a walkthrough of my apartments within 5, which I’ve never heard of. Usually you do a walkthrough through once move out is complete, they explained it’s to see the finishes in the apartment for upgrade purposes which still should and can be done after move out. Someone came by and got all the information on the 5th day. The very next week I’m receiving calls and text messages from the office regarding the walk through as if someone had not already come and gotten all the information needed. Myself and my partner both work nights. When texts and calls weren’t answered because we were asleep they later came another banging and ringing the doorbell simultaneously to take a look inside. We told them someone had already came, they threatened to get their manager to come look. 5 minutes later the same thing happened, they’re at our door again. I have never in my life been harassed for a walk through of an apartment prior to moving out. There needs to be better communication between their staff, and I don’t think there’s a clause in my lease that states a walkthrough 5 days after a 50 days notice is received. I’ve seen their “upgrades,” it’s more like the “landlord special.” They probably wouldn’t have to be harass tenants and feel like they need to be ahead of the gun if their maintenance men weren’t camped out in vacant units all day.

Move-out statement was padded with fake overcharges, nothing matched the unit's condition. Management is rude, turns over constantly, and never resolves issues. Gunshots are a regular occurrence here, maybe from the apartments next door but their loud and you can hear them making it feel unsafe. Avoid this place if you value fair billing, stable staff, and basic safety. Electrical issues were dangerous: fried wiring, wall sockets always hot to the touch, causing my light bill to be much higher here than my current spot due to poor/inefficient wiring. Major safety red flag. I assisted on hiring my own cleaners, the manager declined just to charge me their cleaning fee.

I’ve lived here for two years, and sadly, frequent gunshots and constant turnover in management have become the norm. The current office managers, Alyssa and the old lady Roxanne, have been extremely unprofessional. They falsified my move-out statement, charged me for damages I did not cause, and inflated the repair costs significantly. After submitting my notice, they failed to address any of the maintenance requests I had previously reported. I strongly advise against renting at this property they will take your money unfairly. Additionally, the company they use for rent collection is currently facing a major lawsuit over their practice of inflating charges

I would like to commend Alex for her exceptional service in the leasing office. She consistently demonstrates professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude. Every interaction with her is pleasant and productive she listens attentively, communicates clearly, and always goes above and beyond to assist residents. Alex truly sets the standard for excellent customer service, and her dedication does not go unnoticed. I appreciate her hard work and the genuine care she shows for the community.
