This community is awful. Apartments may be nice, but there is a barrage of text message constantly about EVERYTHING but when they have to do something it's cricket. They make you pay for their internet, which is $30 more than what I was paying. You HAVE to pay for trash and I've had to deal with non pick up of trash on multiple occasions. I'm happy and capable of taking my own trash to the dumpster, but when I'm being forced to pay for trash "valet" I expect it to be done. If I left my trash can out, outside of the rules, it will be a violation. They are way too expensive for what you get. Also they don't enforce the dog poop pick up rule and when I'm out with grandchildren there is dog poop everywhere.

We lived in this community for two years — between the time Mark managed it and before Beverly took over. After moving out, we were surprised to receive a bill for about $1,800 for “washer, dryer, and other replacements.” We immediately requested a clear explanation and copies of invoices under Texas Property Code §92.104, but never received any response from the manager. Every time we went to the office, they said “Greystar Receivables” was handling it. We eventually made partial payments, and after a few weeks they offered us a discount. We paid the remaining balance in full and received a receipt showing a zero balance — everything was supposedly settled. However, about six weeks later, Greystar claimed our final payment was returned. We contacted our bank, and they confirmed the funds had been sent back to the merchant and even provided transaction details and a letter confirming the merchant received the money. We sent all of this documentation to Greystar, but they kept insisting they never got the funds. Instead of helping resolve the issue, Greystar turned the account over to a collection agency. Despite sending the same verified proof and bank documents to the agency, they continued to claim payment wasn’t received and started threatening us with credit damage. We’ve been patient calling every week for months and all we ever hear is, “It’s under verification.” No follow-up, no accountability, and no willingness to fix their own internal issue. Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency, communication, and responsibility from both the management and Greystar Receivables. It's been 5 month after collection agents took over but still no update for both parties.

I’ve been living at The Beverley at Denton for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From day one, the staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the leasing office genuinely cares about the residents’ experience. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with stylish finishes and thoughtful layouts. I especially appreciate the high ceilings, large windows for natural light, and quiet atmosphere, it really feels like home. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You’re close to downtown Denton, UNT, and TWU, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Plus, there's plenty of nearby dining, shopping, and green spaces. I’ve lived in several apartment communities, and The Beverley stands out in terms of quality, community, and value. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, upscale living experience in Denton!

Their beautiful resort-style pool, 2 dog parks, and gym amenities are great! They also have bee hives which is a very unique and environmentally friendly feature which I love. It’s a comfortable quiet and gated community tucked away but close to shopping and highway access for commuting. Love that they are pet friendly and all ground floor homes have a fenced yard! That was one of my must-haves when choosing to live here.

Ive been living here for over 6 months and absolutely love it. The staff is always so helpful, the community is always clean and pretty. Very family friendly neighborhood. Went to the pool today and everyone was chill, no issues, just all around a good time. I would and have recommended others to live here it’s beautiful!
