We had a rough start but since then the experience has been great. Kyle has done a super job at responded efficiently to all service request. He response promptly to all my email communications. Huge shoutout to Jake one of the maintenance guys. The property is absolutely perfect and we love living here. Looking forward to a long relationship with SBP. Highly recommended.

We have been in our home for nearly 7 years now. I cannot say enough about how amazing SB has been to us. Things happen in sub freezing temps, in normal wear and tear. They have always been quick and efficient taking great care of us! And when life happens they are easy to communicate with and extremely helpful.

I rented from Scott Brown Properties for 2 years and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with their team, they are friendly and helpful. I was never nervous contacting Kyle to help me with a problem that I was having or needed fixing. Only reason that I left was to be closer to work, but I still have friends in the area and have recommended multiple friends to look into the properties they have available and will continue to do so!

Kyle is a man of integrity who truly gets the job done. He doesn’t mess around—he is honest, dependable, and genuinely cares about his tenants and their well-being. From start to finish, Kyle and his team were kind, friendly, professional, and followed through on everything they promised. They took the time to listen to my family’s needs and wants and found us the perfect home. The entire process was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. I can’t say enough good things about Scott Brown Properties and the amazing team there—especially Kyle and Jordan. From the very beginning, they made the whole apartment search and move-in process so smooth and stress-free. They even went out of their way to show me a couple apartments on a Saturday in the pouring rain—that kind of dedication really stood out to me. Both Kyle and Jordan were friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I had all the info I needed, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The communication was excellent throughout, and move-in day couldn’t have been easier. Now that I’m settled in, I couldn’t be happier with my apartment. It’s quiet, peaceful, and very well-maintained—exactly what I was hoping for. The property feels safe, clean, and cared for, and it really shows that the team takes pride in keeping everything in great condition. Overall, my experience with Scott Brown Properties has been nothing short of fantastic. It’s rare these days to find a property management team that’s so attentive, genuine, and easy to work with.
