Gardens of Denton Apartments

I didn't want to give a 5star just yet, as I would need to update my rating once I receive my Keys. But I do need to say Ashley is GREAT!!!!!! Very professional and pays close attention to your needs. Communication and making you feel comfortable with making a decision is her top priority. She knows im coming from another state and because of her, Im less nervous.

Our move-in experience started off a little rough. The apartment did not feel fully ready for occupancy, and there were several issues that made the move-in process more stressful than it should have been. Shortly after moving in, our AC stopped working and was out for three days. That said, the office staff and property manager worked very hard to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. They stayed in communication with us throughout the process, and we truly appreciated their efforts and dedication to making things right. While our experience had a challenging beginning, things have since been resolved, and we are now really enjoying our apartment. The community has been welcoming, and we're happy to call this place home. We are grateful for the staff's responsiveness and commitment to improving our experience. Thank you Landie Urban

We’ve enjoyed our time here! It was nice, cozy, and quiet. We had a great view on a third floor looking out into the wooded area. Management was great as well.

We had an extremely disappointing move-in experience. Our apartment was not ready by the promised move-in date, despite us taking PTO from work and arranging movers and utilities based on the confirmed date. We had confirmation a week prior of the move in date. On actual move in day we were told that due to Memorial Day, it had not been cleaned, so they told us to return the next day at noon. We arrived at noon the following day and waited an hour to talk to someone. After the delay, we were told the unit was finally ready, but when we inspected it, the apartment was still in unacceptable condition. There was pet hair throughout the unit, visible dirt, rusted air vent covers, and it was clear the apartment had not been properly cleaned or prepared for new tenants. The delay caused financial stress and major inconvenience, and the condition of the apartment made the experience even worse. Very frustrating and unprofessional handling of what should have been a straightforward move-in process. When I brought up the condition of the unit, we were suggested “we’ll have the cleaners clean around you while you move in”. Absolutely not. Attached is pictures of how the unit was given to us “move in ready” after almost 2 days of delays, a prior week of move in confirmation, and having applied in March. Just hoping we can get our money back.
