Honestly this place is just terrible. There are various stories I can draw upon like the time a pipe burst in our apartment over Christmas and we not notified to the $200 charge for a ceiling stain upon move out that was caused by the apartment above ours. The office never answers the phone. The gate is always broken. There is poop in the parking lot. It's not even remotely luxurious. DON'T MOVE HERE.

Worst “luxury” apartments I’ve ever lived in. Living here was a headache from day one. The move-in process was an unorganized total trainwreck. Also, the hallways are always dirty and need a good clean. The fire alarm loves to go off at 2 a.m. for no reason, and the whole place smells like weed by breakfast because people hotbox their apartments at 8 a.m. No one picks up after their dogs, so be prepared to step in dog poop on your way out the door. The “gated community” is laughable since the gates are basically always open. When I moved in, I got the full “landlord special” — paint splattered everywhere and a bathtub with a hole that was patched wrong and left sticky the entire time I lived there. Spoiler: they never fixed it, no matter how many times I asked. Oh, and don’t expect to use the gym or pool, because I never even got a key for the amenities. To top it off, good luck ever reaching the office — there’s only ever one person working, and you’ll be waiting forever for answers. This place looks fine at first glance, but once you live here, the problems pile up fast. Save yourself the headache and live literally anywhere else.

Gorgeous place and the maintenance men are quick and do their best to be there for you. But our unit was not the freshest and we had a lot of issues to report upon move in day. But the guys were there the next day to fix it. And the office ladies are awesome to work with. All in all a nice place to live.

We just moved in last week and the entire team has been super helpful and on top of an issues we have run into. Very easy move and they make sure you have everything you need for move in. Andrew was super helpful during the application process and huge shout out to him for being very transparent and genuine! Loving the place so far and excited for the next chapter.

I recently moved into the complex, and while the location is great and Ali was super responsive and helpful during the leasing process, I’ve had a few concerns since moving in. There have been several small but noticeable issues in the apartment that make it feel like it was rushed to be move-in ready. Nothing major, but enough to be frustrating when you’re expecting a fully prepared space. I’m hoping things smooth out soon, but I do think more attention to detail before move-ins would make a big difference.
