I am extremely disappointed with the maintenance response at Ridgecrest Apartments. For the past two days, my shower tap has been malfunctioning and will not turn off no matter how much it is adjusted. This is not a minor inconvenience—it is a serious maintenance issue involving continuous water flow, potential water damage, and unnecessary waste. I raised a maintenance request immediately. Since then, I have called the office multiple times. While the staff does answer the phone, they repeatedly make assurances that a maintenance technician is being sent “immediately.” Unfortunately, no one ever shows up. These repeated promises have proven to be false, and the issue remains unresolved after 48+ hours. This lack of follow-through is unacceptable for an apartment community. Emergencies involving plumbing should be handled promptly, not ignored while tenants are left waiting with no real action taken. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their maintenance response time and honesty in communication. Residents deserve timely repairs and accurate information, not empty assurances. I would not recommend Ridgecrest Apartments to anyone unless these issues are addressed and accountability is taken seriously.

Alicia and Tina went above and beyond in helping my family after we had to break our lease and move out. We had to leave for reasons I will not disclose but they were beyond compassionate and understanding and did everything that they could to make the process as smooth as humanly possible! From the bottom of my heart thank you so much for the care and understanding Alicia and Tina❤️

O stars. This is the worst complex I have ever witnessed. My mother and sister moved in and the apartment was not treated for pests, or repaired. The usual make ready that is required by property management. This complex needs to be condemned. ROACHES, lizards, and rats are abundant. The cabinets are rotten and the plumbing is awful. They do not care about tenant concerns. They will ignore you, and pretend they are trying to resolve issues. Also, there are deep, dangerous potholes throughout the complex. *** Update to auto response from corporate. My mother and sister have reached out to Alicia(property manager), Jaz(assistant manager), Tina ( leasing manager), Malachai ( one of the 2 maintenance men for the whole complex), Amber (regional manager). No one is completing work orders properly or taking their concerns seriously. Anything done is poor workmanship and they did not have smoke detectors. The City of Denton Code Enforcer had to come out, because the apartment is still not fit for living. The toilets are not even anchored down. No one is truly helping them. There so are many internal staff issues and it is displayed through the negligence of this move in process. This is very stressful. They have resided there a month already. I just hope no one retailates unfairly because they have reported everything multiple times.

I recently went to renew my lease, and Alicia assisted me with such a warm smile and great support. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. I also want to thank the mechanic who is always so helpful whenever an issue comes up at home. Their support makes living here a wonderful experience-!
