I’ve lived in a lot of apartments throughout college and as a recent graduate Redpoint was pretty great! The kitchen is a bit dated but they had plenty of cabinet space for 4 roomies. Staff was nice and maintenance was timely. Bus route was convenient with 2 stops close by. You do share those with 2 other apartment complexes so you’ll need to be early or go to the one closer to the hotel to have a seat. Also the hotels were close by for family visiting which was a plus! Our closets were HUGE too which was amazing! My only complaint was that I lived on the 3rd floor of the townhome so I had to go up and down the stairs a lot to go out or just go to the kitchen. However, my calves were very strong by the end of my lease lol

Office did not answer any of our calls regarding black mold incidents or do anything action wise to better the situation. They will say they want to get the matter resolved when responding to negative reviews but don’t do anything at all. It’s all a front to make it seem like they care. Here’s an apartment with mold within the insulation of the walls that they didn’t replace, just replaced the rotted structure and kept the moldy insulation.Talk about cheap. They originally didn’t charge me for water and then billed us for water during our lease then tried to make us sign a clause that waives our rights to a trial due to the previous issues with tenants not paying and breaking their lease due to mold experiences. Do not sign anything and do not sign away your rights because they are cheap. Stay away from this place. Notice how the 5 star reviews they have here are an attempt to boost their ratings but give no insight on what it’s like to live here. Run.

This place is amazing! My friends and I were looking for a safe and fun place to call home for college and after touring several places Sydney helped us with the tour for Redpoint and she was amazing! She answered any questions we had and was very informative, and so kind, on the tour! I am over the moon excited to be moving into Redpoint with my friends! Already feels just like home!

My roommates and I had a decent time living here. The management and maintenance were quick to resolve most issues efficiently, but the other residents were absolute slobs, leaving trash all over outside as well as pet waste-- every single patch of grass was covered in it!!! Management could't/(didn't) do anything about that, which honestly made it embarrassing to invite friends and family over with the property looking so obscene. The apartment unit itself was relatively clean upon movement, but it was kinda gross finding random hairs all over (which I am 100+ were not mine) throughout my lease. We did have issues regarding a roommate moving out, and weren't given any notice ahead of time when they wanted to move a new resident into the spare bedroom, in fact, it was in the morning we received an email from management about the new roommate who was due to move in that afternoon! The email stated that we needed to immediately clean up the common spaces (which were very clean, mind you) before this person moved in...and my other roommates & I were already on campus for the rest of the day with no intentions on/time to come back. We later found out that the person they were trying to move in with us was NOT a student, and was much older than us. Renters---know that if you are in this similar situation, you are allowed to DENY the new roommate with management if they are NOT A STUDENT. These are student apartments, so you have full ability to decline! All-in-all, it was a decent year. Great apartment unit itself, but not worth it with the nastiness on the outside. Stay away from student housing if you're wanting to live in a clean and well-maintained environment.
