I visited the Railyard in July while it was still under major construction. I was looking to lease in September. I was concerned about the readiness of the property for Occupants, amenities, etc. The Leasing Staff kept in touch with me regarding the status. I could not be happier. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed. The amenities have been completed as promised. The Luxor package service was great, especially during move in & Christmas. The Leasing Staff made sure my garage door worked properly as well as confirmed my overall access. The trash valet is dependable & great for me. I added a pet to my lease after move in and the process was quick & easy. The Dog park is fabulous. The Staff is professional, communicative, friendly & respectful of Resident's privacy. I feel like the Railyard Staff makes Resident & Safety a priority.

I stayed at Railyard as a Landing guest, and I want to be clear from the beginning that despite several issues with the property itself, we would have considered leasing a unit in the main building if our experience with the on-site Landing representative had been more professional. The issues began at check-in. The key fobs provided did not unlock the unit, leaving me locked out for approximately 45 minutes. During that time, I was instructed multiple times to try different ways of opening the door, as it was believed to be a usage issue. It was later determined that the key fobs had not been programmed, which resolved the problem. After entering the unit, I noticed it was missing several basic items that are typically included with Landing stays. I had to request knives, glassware, and a duvet cover. The bed initially had only a (potentially used?) duvet insert. During the stay, interactions with the on-site Landing representative were frequently abrasive and uncomfortable. I was approached while walking my service dog and asked to leash the dog, which I did immediately. On another occasion, the representative knocked on my door regarding a trash can and aggressively began the conversation abruptly, without any initial greeting. Our experience with the Landing Rep on site left us uncomfortable throughout our stay. There were also several property-related concerns: -Dog-walking areas with significant amounts of dog waste -Bugs present in the hallways during warmer weather -A possum observed in the stairwell After checkout, I was charged $255 by Landing for a parking permit. I had previously communicated that the permit would be returned after we were back in town. After checkout, communication moved from the app to the website without notification, and I did not see follow-up messages. Despite reaching out to Landing multiple times, the charge has not been refunded. To reiterate, we saw potential in the property and were open to leasing, but the overall experience with the Landing rep led us to choose a different complex.

BRAND NEW. They are quick to fix any issues. Pool and On-Site gym look amazing. De'Andres (Dré) Squire - Hospitality Manager for Landing at Railyard. This guy is awesome, deserves a raise. Great communicator. Gets stuff done too. 10/10 would recommend short term or long term stay at this location.
