Only bad thing is if you work from home or want a peaceful sleep. Don't move on the first floor. I’ve made complaint after complaint. Sent video proof and they will not address the issue. Now my company has placed me on administrative leave because I can’t do my job due to the noise of my upstairs neighbors and the construction outside that starts at 5:30am. So upset is an understatement right now.

Hello Community Manager, I would like to share my experience with Channing. She is truly remarkable—customer service at its finest from beginning to end. Channing is the epitome of excellence. Anyone who has the pleasure of working with her, whether in person or by phone, can clearly feel her professionalism, care, and dedication. She absolutely deserves appreciation and a sincere thank you.

I've been working with the leasing agent Charles and he is a nice guy. He's made the process easy and I can't wait to move in next month.

WARNING!! If you are considering this complex, this might be the most important and truthful review you will read. This apartment complex is dangerous, filthy, and completely mismanaged. Please do not risk your family’s safety by moving here. I wake up every day with the fear that one of these nights, a stray bullet not even meant for us will make it through our walls and kill one of my family members. That’s how unsafe it is here. Gunfire is frequent, and while the local police often have multiple patrol units circling the property, even they seem to have given up on this place. Imagine living in a community where even the police presence doesn’t bring peace of mind—that’s our reality. The roach infestation is unbearable and community-wide. Roaches crawl across walls, floors, and personal belongings. Pest control visits are useless. He comes one time a week if you’re lucky but only uses a spray and refuses to treat any areas other than the kitchen. It is common knowledge that spraying for cockroaches only kills on contact and does not make it back to the nest to actually address the issue. Spraying verses using bait causes roaches to scatter going deeper into the walls, ceilings, and neighboring units. To make matters worse, the community is plagued by drug activity, vandalism, and violence. Families live here. Children live here. And yet management does nothing meaningful to protect us. I already know management will respond to this review with their usual script about how “safety and a pest-free residency are of the utmost importance” and how they’d like more information so they can “address the situation.” But let me be clear: they are lying. Selena, the current manager, has already seen video footage proving everything I’ve said here is true. She knows exactly what is happening and chooses to do nothing. She is unfit to manage this community and should be immediately terminated. The only bright spot in this entire place is Heather. She is the only staff member who genuinely cares about the residents. Unlike the rest of the staff, Heather goes above and beyond. She personally cleans apartments before move-in—because the cleaning company they hire and the maintenance team barely touch them. She does the work no one else wants to do to make this community less of the embarrassment it currently is. Heather deserves to be promoted to manager, because she is the only one who has shown any desire to improve this property and support the residents. Please, for your safety, your health, and your sanity, do not move here. This is not just an inconvenience—it is a place where you constantly live in fear, disgust, and frustration. No one deserves this.
