This complex is often praised for its convenient location near highways and a scenic wooded trail, offering a quiet, clean, and well-maintained environment with friendly neighbors and staff. However, some residents have experienced issues with parking availability, slow internet speeds, and occasional concerns regarding timely maintenance and communication from management, particularly during transitions.

I rarely leave reviews, even after bad experiences. However, living at this apartment community was so consistently frustrating that I feel obligated to share our experience. When we relocated from Amarillo to DFW, we relied heavily on the positive reviews we found online. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing like what was advertised. On move-in day, we walked into an apartment that clearly had not been prepared for new tenants. There was trash on the kitchen counters, residue in the sinks and showers, stains on the walls, cobwebs throughout the apartment, dusty vents and ceiling fans, torn flooring, damaged cabinets and drawers that would not close properly, a broken washing machine, and a front door that would not latch correctly and could easily be pushed open if unlocked. The only thing that appeared new or clean was the carpet. In October, we discovered a leak soaking the carpet between our living room and dining room. After multiple maintenance requests and little communication, we eventually had to threaten legal action just to receive updates. The source was a leaking fire sprinkler pipe inside the wall. The wall had to be opened, drywall and insulation replaced, and new carpet padding installed. At the time, I was six months pregnant, making the possibility of mold especially concerning, yet communication throughout the process was minimal. Things became significantly worse in January. During the winter freeze, a fire sprinkler pipe burst in the unit above us, sending water into our apartment. Within minutes, water was leaking into our one-month-old daughter’s nursery, running through the walls and coming up through the floor. Maintenance responded quickly with fans and dehumidifiers, but the restoration process took until the end of March. Our daughter’s room was uninhabitable for over two months. To make matters worse, equipment sat in her room for weeks after we were told it had already been removed, and we had to send management a photo proving it was still there. Then in March, after a heavy rainstorm, water began leaking through the area where two windows meet in our dining room, running down the wall and onto the flooring. We were told a vendor needed to submit a bid before repairs could begin. We never received meaningful follow-up, and the issue remains unresolved. I understand that apartments have maintenance issues. What I do not understand is why tenants should have to send repeated emails just to receive basic updates. My frustration is not just the leaks themselves, but the lack of communication and urgency surrounding significant water damage. Ironically, management had no problem communicating when it came to enforcing rules about balconies, grills, pet waste, or overfilling the single trash compactor that serves the entire property. If the compactor overflows every weekend, the solution is not passive-aggressive emails to residents. It is adding another compactor or increasing pickup frequency. The maintenance staff worked hard during emergencies and deserve credit. My issue is with management. Over one 12 month lease, we dealt with an apartment that was not move-in ready, three separate water-related incidents, months-long repairs, and some of the worst communication I have experienced. Residents deserve timely updates, transparency, and the confidence that their concerns matter. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I cannot recommend this apartment community.

Frankie made the entire experience a breeze! She was super welcoming, answered every question I had, and never made me feel pressured. You could tell she genuinely cares about finding the right fit for you. It’s always annoying when looking for a place to live and you feel pressured by a sales person. She made me feel as though she was genuinely helping me find what works best for me! Highly recommend asking for her when you tour!

I’ve been desperately looking for a complex that meets all of my needs. This was the 4th apartment I toured this day. I cannot say enough good things about my leasing agent Frankie! she is super sweet and personable and went above and beyond for me. the 2 apartments we toured were so clean and everything I was looking for. They looked amazing and i’m so impressed with Frankie’s service. she made me feel so welcome and answered all my questions and made sure all my needs were met at the same time. Cannot say enough good things about this property and Frankie!!
