We've been very happy living here for years and especially appreciate the maintenance team helping us with any issues or concerns we may have. Since its an older building things are bound to come up so it's always helpful having quick support.

I had a very disappointing experience at Post Oak Apartments. From the moment I moved in, I faced constant issues and disrespectful treatment. Sharon wrongly accused me of paying my rent late, even though I had proof of timely payments. I had to call corporate to get it resolved.This was just the beginning of my troubles. My car was towed without any valid reason, causing me unnecessary stress and financial burden. The management was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to resolve the issue. To top it all off, after I moved out, they charged me over $2,170 for bogus damages that I did not cause. I received no clear explanation for these charges. The charges were completely unfounded and unfair. Additionally, the leasing agent Brandon gave me a violation for simply knocking on the door to inform them about the swimming pool sign not being hung up properly. I thought I could use the swimming pool, but instead, I got yelled and screamed at and told to never knock on his door again. I got a lease violation for trying to help. I feel like it was discrimination. Corporate office didn't help and they even sided with the leasing agent after he lied and said I was the one being loud and disrespectful. But later went back and changed it and said it was a violation because I knocked on his door. This is the worst place I've ever lived. Never been treated like this anywhere else. Don't understand why I was treated so poorly. Overall, my time at Post Oak Apartments was frustrating and unfair. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and honest living environment.
