I went on a fall tour of Park Place Denton and had a great experience. The place was very up to date and clean, and it felt welcoming from the start. My tour guide Jane did an amazing job of showing me the place. I did not feel rushed at all! Really good tour, definitely recommend checking this place out!!

love living here. even tho the elevators be broke a lot there’s nothing really bad about the place wish rent was a little lower but still blessed done get me wrong. oh and front desk ESSENCE real tea gave me and my mom a really good tour very sweet so don’t get on her bad side lol jk but love her and the complex.

Park Place Denton is a magnificent reflection of what student living should be. Not only are the amenities beautiful and well kept, the units are spacious, open concept and cater to the needs of residents from all walks of life. The leasing office is the heart of the apartment. From orchestrating events, to ameliorating any issues that may arise, to engaging with residents in a friendly & welcoming manner, the leasing professionals and community assistants truly represent the values and uphold a standard that makes it impossible to want to live anywhere else. In the leasing office, I’ve seen great work done to keep Park Place Denton running like a well oiled machine. Michael has shown exemplary communication and outstanding service to me in my time living here!

Had my share of apartment horror stories and I thought I’d try my luck here. Exceptional staff, I believe his name was Micheal Monk. He made the process quick and easy and was very helpful in answering all my questions. (And trust my mom loves asking those.) If you want great ask for Micheal!

Park place is probably the best option for UNT and TWU students! The countless study rooms, gym equipment and areas to just relax outside of your apartment is perfect. Other amenities like the rooftop is great for warm weather and the courtyard for movies or hangouts. Also, when you get to know the women at the front desk (especially Essence) you start to enjoy the apartment a little bit more.
