I spent seven and a half years at Paces, and I do not have one negative thing to say. From the management, to maintenance, to neighbors. Everyone was always so kind. Thank you Paces, for all the memories! 🖤

I’m gonna be honest. The apartments are a little old. But when you have a problem, and you submit a maintenance request, zack is always on top of it. He’s literally the best maintenance man ever.if you need a new apartment or a place to stay I would recommend living here. I’ve lived in What would you consider a nicer apartment but they don’t handle busines Like paces crossing.

Great management! I went on a tour today and Emily was very kind and helpful! She showed me 3 different units so I could have an idea of what will suit my needs.

Just had a tremendous visit from maintenance. Zack (or Zach, sorry!) was so professional. He was there quickly, took care of my problem swiftly, and the entire time he was exceedingly friendly and had a smile on his face. I get very nervous when anybody enters my apartment to the point that it throws me off for weeks. But with Zack, I am left feeling relieved and happy. 5/5, man. You rule and deserve a raise.

I lived here since 2019 with my husband, and it would say it was pretty hit or miss. The pros • The lease was extremely reasonable. A young man moved in above us and he literally jumped for 24 hours a day 5 days a week. Keeping us and our toddler awake for over a month.(my husband got in a car wreck from sleep deprivation) We complained and broke our lease and only had to pay an extra month rent. • They are pretty easy going when the auto rent pay messes up. They waved the late fee for us twice in 4 years. • There is one maintenance man who always waved and said hello to our son. Very nice man. • pool is always clean and maintained. • Landscaping is beautiful • They don't charge for the maintenance they do. • We lived in building 3 for a few months before we moved to 19 and there were no roaches. The cons: • roaches in building 19. (Everyone complained) • Poor maintenance. The maintence man Bird especially. It was better in the beginning. • Foundation issues (stairs caving in all over, cracks in walls) • Old pipes so ALOT of plumbing issues. • The AC system broke most summers. • Laundry room was dirty and ruined alot if clothes for us. Car was robbed three times. Stole money, my childs shoes, and some cheaper jewelry
