We are going on our 2nd year with Woods @ Forest Crossing. I would recommend Crystal in the office to my friends or family. She is knowledgeable, professional and dropped what she was doing when I went to the office for assistance on multiple occasions. We are grateful for her! Thank you Crystal :)

I lived here for a year, up until my lease ended recently, and while the apartment itself was nice, my husband and I experienced issue after issue from the moment we moved in. We moved in and did not have working Wifi for a little over a month, they could not quickly get anyone out to rectify the issue. Following, we ended up having a major leak coming from our shower causing us to not be able to use our shower for almost two weeks while they fixed it. Months later we came home from a trip to our AC being broken, in the middle of July. It was not fixed for almost THREE WEEKS. Temperatures outside were near 100 degrees almost every day of those weeks. Inside of our apartment it was about 80 degrees + which was not only uncomfortable but also unsafe. Besides just the maintenance issues, gates are left open often, allowing the homeless population from surrounding areas to wander inside the gates. Along with them constantly changing the app you pay rent on, making it difficult to keep up with where to pay every month. Within the year the payment app changed 4 times. On top of that getting ahold of office staff was always difficult unless you could just go into the office, which is difficult when you work a regular 9-5 job. I do believe that the complex has a group of kind staff members, so none of this is personal, and there is a group of new staff members that seem nice. But our experience at the Woods at Forest Crossing apartment complex was less than satisfactory with all of these issues and no one showed much sympathy for all of these problems.

I recently transitioned from one unit to another at Woods, and Crystal made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was professional, attentive, and always quick to answer my questions. From handling the paperwork to making sure all the details were taken care of, Crystal went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. I truly appreciate her support and friendly attitude, she made what could have been a difficult move an easy experience.

The community is great. Buildings, alleys, parks are regularly cleaned and maintenance is top notch. For any new/incoming resident: be sure to get in writing whatever discussion you have with the Property manager/coordinators. At the time of move-in, we were told we can use our own Wifi or get the Community Wifi upgraded at an additional cost. But after moving in, we got to know that’s not possible. Now we pay double the price and get half the bandwidth in the Community Wifi. And we are struggling for 1.5 months to get a resolution for our issue.

My company sponsored a pool party at the leasing office. I Love to see companies that actually take care of the residents. No i don’t live here but i definitely recommend it
