Mustang Village

Mustang Village, although convenient for students, is NOT a safe place for anyone to live. They do not prioritize the safety of their tenants(especially females). They allow the maintenance employees(one in particular) to continuously harass tenants while still allowing them to hold keys to every single apartment letting tenants live in fear. They do not take complaints seriously. If you are a parent looking for housing for your student, CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I only wish I had for my daughter.

I’ve lived here the past couple years and it has been okay, nothing special, it’s a roof over my head and cheap. But i guess they’re trading old furniture out for new ones (not in our apartment) and they left all the boxes in front of both possible ways to get up the stairs, then left a huge box right in front of our door. My roommate called and complained and she said we can get around it but we don’t want anyone getting hurt trying to jump over the boxes, and two hours later nothing was fixed or moved. Just fed up with the laziness of the employees and workers. If any of them live here, I bet they wouldn’t like boxes RIGHT in front of their door.

They take forever to fix any issues and some of the office staff are rude. Do not live here it’s awful ! Update : 5/19/25 They end up never actually fixing the problem and more leaks arose….they also never put my fire alarm back on.
