Mayhill Crossing

My experience at Mayhill Crossing has been extremely frustrating. After a flood in my unit during the winter storm on January 27, I was displaced for 3 weeks and had to stay in a hotel. I was still required to pay February rent or threatened to receive a notice to vacate. Communication from management has been slow and inconsistent, and coordinating reimbursement and/or a unit transfer has been a nightmare. Repairs are ongoing while the unit is fully furnished, leaving dust and debris everywhere. I return home everyday from work with random vendors in my apartment without notice. I’ve had to clean up behind them daily, and despite being approved for a transfer, I’ve been asked for extra fees for the new unit. $75 application, $400 deposit, $200 admin fee, and rescreening unnecessarily. They are treating this as a resident requested transfer vs damage related. I hope management improves their communication, respects residents’ privacy, and handles repairs and transfers more professionally.

I've been thoroughly impressed with my experience living in this apartment complex. The team has been top-notch, particularly Jessica, our leasing agent, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. Her professionalism and knowledge made everything seamless. Additionally, Dwayne, the maintenance man, has been excellent in addressing any issues that have come up. His prompt and efficient service has been greatly appreciated. Overall, I feel fortunate to call this apartment complex my home and would highly recommend it to others. The combination of great amenities, excellent staff, and convenient location makes it an ideal place to live.

If you are considering moving here, do it ! I started the process of moving and getting an apartment here back in April. Every step of the way, Darian and Jessica were there to help answer any questions or anything I needed ! I am always amazed by their willingness to help! This is my first apartment that I have moved into that has an actual like leasing office and amenities so I definitely had questions. The amount of phone calls, emails, and office visits I had just because of questions that I had, they were always more than willing to give me insight ! The truly seem like they want to help and are not bothered by doing so ! I moved in in the middle of June , and it has been an amazing transition! Everything is gorgeous here ! The apartment is beautiful! The amenities; the pool, the gym, the clubhouse ! Amazing. I genuinely am obsessed with everything! Anytime I have needed a maintenance request, it was an easy process and its been fixed within a very reasonable time frame! I had a wasp nest on ny patio, and I put in a pest control request, and they came within 2 days! Everything is always clean, the pool, the gym, the outsides! Ive been living here for over a month, and everything genuinely is amazing.

I’m very pleased with this complex! Darian has been super accommodating and helpful in this process, Jessica as well has been very helpful and sweet. The apartments are nice. The community is very clean and seem well put together! I appreciate the wonderful customer service and the want to help get the process done! Wonderful staff and great community. 5 stars and highly recommended
