It's fair it could used a lot of updating.

This dorm is aggressively average. Kerr is better for more storage space and it smells better there, but the proximity to a dining hall that serves early breakfast is hard competition if I'm being honest. The showers are not all that great either to be honest.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO MEAN GREENS. I love me some good vegetarian food however it is horrible. nothing has flavor and if it does its only flavoring is repulsion. the strawberry cake is good but stay away from everything else unless you want some food poisoning.

Average dorm experience as a freshman. The staff was very friendly and the cafeteria was alright. The bathrooms are small and so are the rooms, however this is one of the oldest dorms on campus. If you plan on staying here, bring extension cords and power strips. There's only one outlet per person per room, not counting the one next to the sink. It's hot in the winter and cold in the summer, it's only decent when the weather is right because the AC/heater run depending on the outside temperature. I would have given this place 3 stars as an average dorm if it weren't for the fact that halfway through the Spring 2017 semester a sewage line burst in one of the main hallways stinking up the whole wing on that floor, as the semester went on, the smell was confined to one hallway. They never made any effort to get rid of the smell past the regular cleaners to the best of my knowledge. I had to take a different route to get to and from my room every day because it smelled disgusting. I can't be certain if they'll fix it over the summer, but for now, it's horrid. B100s wing.

As living here for two years I have to say the building is run down and really old which I think they should modernize it. Problem I have living hear is that the neighbors depending on what hallway you live can be loud even during quiet hours. I see food and trash sometimes left on the hallways as I walk to my room which is disgusting. People here though are very friendly and the events they have for the hall can be fun. Bathrooms are very small. Comes with a gameroom and a throphy room if your looking to hang out with friends and play some games or just chill. The beds are ok. The air conditioning goes on a schedule nightly and to the morning and afternoon so you don't have to worry about how hot it is but it can be really cold. I feel like UNT should not only just invest in the parking spots on campus but also the old dorms and modernize them. Sadly to say I will not be coming back to this dorm.
