Do not rent here. Landlords are fine until your supposed to get you deposit back. Hardly received anything back after we left the place spotless. Will not return

I've lived here for about two years and LOVED it! The property itself is beautiful, simple, quiet and tucked in a corner of East Denton - perfect if you're a student that doesn't really party or have a small family. The land nearby usually has some wildlife, so you can expect cottontails, cardinals, sometimes bats and armadillo, you might hear coyotes. Prudence and her team are the best landlords I've had. As long as you communicate with them and respect them they will take care of you. Their staff has been helpful and straightforward with me and genuinely cares about their residents. I'm sad to be moving out of this neighborhood for a bit, but I hope to be leasing with Prudence and her team again in the future!
