Hunters Creek Apartments

Do NOT pay for covered parking, people come and go as they please and the office doesn’t ever respond when needed. TO EDIT MY REVIEW: After leaving a negative review, management responded by arguing with a tenant and acting combatively. They also made emotionally driven decisions that led to entering a resident’s apartment without clear justification. This experience raises serious concerns about professionalism and tenant treatment.

We love it here, covers everything which is great when we know what we have to spend

The apartments are beautiful and spacious. It is very quiet here and I rarely hear any noises. The leasing staff are very accommodating to my requests and have been very helpful. The maintenance staff are awesome and are very responsive (and prompt) to any of my maintenance requests. I’ve been here for just under two months and I am very happy I chose this apartment complex. -Matthew I.

There has been numerous changes in management since our move but recent management has been so responsive and reliable that it has been very comfortable and pleasant being resident at Hunters Creek. The maintenance personnel is great too following up on repairs! One thing that would be great for 5 star experience would be if they kept the public areas cleaner, remove spiderwebs, dust, stains on stairs/throughout the hallways cleaner that would be so awesome since we do pay premium rates for our living.

Our experience from apartment search to moving in was amazing! All kudos to Patrick! We arrived here without an appointment and Patrick treated us like we are family to him and he went over all are requirements and showed us this beautiful property which we finally decided to call Home. Patrick was an amazing person throughout the process and he made sure we are fully satisfied in the process. He went above and beyond to make sure we have a smooth move in! I highly recommend this property if you are on the lookout for nice and quiet community and safe neighborhood!
