Stay away from this apartment They’re very greedy!! They charge money for anything and everything! It was way cheaper when i was living in house!! No reminder no excuses they charge you right away a fine for any small thing you don’t even notice it!! I don’t mention the solar screen they installed lately that made the apartment dark and you need to use your poor lights instead!! Updated review So after the storm there was a leak in the ceiling and in my apartment they brought fans to work non stop with loud noise and i have to pay for its electricity!! They didn’t offer anything they just said call your insurance!! My insurance covers loss of my clothes or jewelry but not the apartment itself!! So now i’m locked in a dark apartment with super noisy fans which I have to pay for! Its a LIVING HELL

I lived at Hickory Creek Ranch for a little over two years, and I can honestly say it was a great place to call home. From the very beginning, the staff was welcoming, responsive, and always willing to help whenever something came up. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally, which made day-to-day living stress free. The property itself was well maintained, clean, and quiet, and I always felt comfortable and safe living here. The location was also a huge plus, convenient without feeling overcrowded. Overall, it was a positive experience from start to finish, and I truly appreciated how well the community was run. I’m grateful for my time here and would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed place to live.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Where should I start. When I first moved in, back in January 2023, my apartment didn’t have hot water on the first night. Then later that summer, my AC went out and didn’t have AC for July and August. Then this year, there was a sprinkler burst and it flooded part of my apartment which caused for the walls and ceilings to be torn out. My apartment was unlivable during that time, which lasted 2 months, and I had to stay elsewhere. The manager, knew of this condition and did nothing to reimburse me. Because they had blowers and dehumidifiers going 24/7, my electric bill was over $200 and I HAD TO PAY FOR IT. I asked for a simple discount on my rent because AGAIN MY APARTMENT WAS UNLIVABLE FOR TWO MONTHS. They denied this simple request. Lastly, be prepared to pay $60 for a reserved spot just have someone else park there with NO repercussions.

I lived at Hickory Creek Ranch for four months, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We discovered mold in our kitchen caused by a leak from the unit above. Despite reporting it immediately, management took hours to respond, and the cleanup was poorly done, mold was still visible. The maintenance worker was unprofessional, and communication with management (especially Landie) was frustrating and dismissive. My autistic daughter, who has a compromised immune system, developed respiratory issues that required medical attention likely due to the mold exposure. We had to throw out kitchenware and food due to contamination, yet were offered no relocation or support. We moved out in May, but were still charged for days in June and hit with fees for damages that existed before our move in. Despite paying rent on time, we were treated unfairly and with little empathy.

I have truly enjoyed living at Hickory Creek Apartments. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any questions or concerns. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and valued. The maintenance team is equally impressive — they respond quickly to requests, fix issues the right way the first time, and always treat residents with respect. The community is well-kept, and it’s clear that both the office and maintenance staff take pride in their work. Hickory Creek really feels like home thanks to this amazing team!
