Grandview Gardens

A friend of mine lives there and her apartment got flooded from upstairs they had a big flood that came downstairs to her apartment

Really wasn't expecting much considering the price but the maintenance guys here leave so much to be desired.

I lived here for a year, and had a great experience with the complex. Kelly, the manager was always very helpful, kind, and understanding. Maintainece would fix any issues on a timely manner. The rent was affordable, and the complex stayed relatively quiet. I always have felt safe living here. Definitely would recommend!

My husband, daughter and I have been living at Grandview Gardens now for about 2 months. I have waited to post a review to experience our apartment a little more than just moving in and posting.. so far I have to give it a 5/5 rating. It really deserves it, from our smooth and effortless move in process by Kelly the Manager to our apartment in general it is one of the best apartments we have ever lived in. Let me tell you what we have experienced in just our short 2 month stay so far. Exceptional move in process (Kelly & Laurie) Communication has been amazing between us & office. Phenomenal exterminator business they have come out and spray. Kelly goes the extra mile to keep us happy residents. (Thank you x a million!) Maintenance is very respectful and understanding of what you need done. (Thank you Brad) Paying rent is easy as can be and such an easy process. (In office) We have a 2 bedroom and the rooms are very spacious, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, pantry space, large living room and good sized dining room. All in all...if you are thinking from renting from here you have found a hidden gem. I mean that. We tell that to all our friends and family. Thank you staff from GG. The Reyes Family
