Forest Ridge Apartments

Warning to realtors and prospects - they’ll keep units listed as available on their website but they’ll have applications pending for it. Which means it’s really NOT available. Applications can take 2 weeks to be approved. Extremely bad business and misleading to prospects. If you’re interested in this property, call ahead to see if applications aren’t already in for the unit you like. In my 6 years as an apartment locator in DFW, I’ve never seen a property do this. That’s horrible business and extremely misleading to prospects and realtors. Why would you list a unit as available on your website when you have an application pending for it? Are you taking people’s money for application fees and you don’t even have units for them??

Love it here! I have been here 6 years and about to renew my lease for another year. Office staff (Jessica and Lydia) are polite, always greet with a smile, helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance guys (Kyle, Fidel, and Leo) are just as great as the front office staff. The apartments themselves are clean and very spacious for the rent. The community has has a newly remodeled gym and big pool, as well as a cute dog park that my dog loves. We know a lot of people in the community but it seems like everyone is friendly and willing to help neighbors. We now have community events. The front office staff is trying to have them once a month. I remember when I moved in the leasing consultant I had said “this is a place to call home because it feels like home”. She was right.

Living here has been a wonderful experience. The staff is wonderful and attentive to our needs. We feel appreciated every time we visit. They always have activities going on for residents that allow the kids and adults to be involved. We love the location every thing is near by. Everyone here is beginning to feel like family, all our neighbors are very welcoming and friendly.

The best place to live. I moved away and when it was time to return to Denton, Forest Ridge was my first choice. The entire staff is awesome. Always helpful. I love how quiet the neighborhood is for being so close to the highway and 288 loop. Spacious apartments at a great price. I love Forest Ridge. ❤️

I have lived here for about 6 years. The management is amazing and so is the maintenance! The pools are pretty awesome too! The apartments are very big and you will love the size of the master suite and living room! I can’t recommend Forest Ridge and Holly hills enough! Come here if you want a quiet, homey place to live!!
