Fantastic housing, responsive maintenance staff, and friendly office staff. For the price point and location, you won't find a better spot in Denton. Special shoutout to the office worker Kenzie, if you have the chance to speak with her, just know you're in good hands.

I'm very happy that my roommate and I moved into Epic. This place is a calm little island in the middle of the storm of life. By that I mean that it is always quiet, the location is great, and the maintenance staff has always been timely with their service. Lastly, I want to say that the office staff is wonderful. Karen and Kenzie had to come into managing a property that was disorganized and chaotic in multiple ways. They have put in an amount of effort that no resident can truly appreciate, including myself. They both deserve raises, promotions, and white gold wings because they are angels. Everything from the audits they have had to do that nobody appreciates them for, to always answering the phone, always responding to emails in a timely fashion, always have such pleasantly welcoming attitudes when I see them in the leasing office, and resolving any financial hiccups that have taken place with our rent balance (none of which were their fault). Karen and Kenzie have truly been shining stars that make this place and the experience of living here so much better. PS: If the owners of the property are reading this, give them raises immediately. Don't be cheap, everyone knows you are filthy rich.

Kenzie in the leasing office is the reason this place gets 5 stars! If I ever have any questions or concerns she responds quickly via email, phone and has even came to my apartment to talk about it. She has the most personable customer service and doesnt treat you like some random tenant. She has found the perfect balance between acting as a friend AND getting business handled. Great customer service experience with her.

I love Epic Apartments. I seriously feel home here. Kenzie at the leasing office is so communicative and kind hearted. I love how many places are walking distance from our home, and I love how nice the residents r as well. It’s incredibly spacious, i feel safe, the room is beautiful and filled with a lot of storage and thought-out design. I don’t have a single complaint and i just feel incredibly blessed for so many reasons that my partner and i found this gem. So excited we get to make memories here and call this home.

I got the keys to my apartment about 24 hours ago. I am new to the area, so I went to many different apartment complexes in my search. Epic apartments is in a perfect location for me, and the kind and friendly staff sealed the deal. From the initial walk through to the final signing, everything was clear and precise. Amie is so kind and really great at her job! Thank you so much for everything! Well done!
